You earn rewards, by earning points. Each status level has its own rewards... earning points levels you up through the status levels, and you get more rewards.
See the "My Points" section of the app for each level's respective rewards.
Offer-based rewards, such as 20% off, will be automatically applied to your in-restaurant visit or takeout order if they are active rewards in your profile.
